Dětské centrum

The Dětské centrum in Tábor is a facility designed for the youngest children, with regular courses for infants and toddlers 👶. Its teaching pool is 120 cm deep, and water treatment technology keeps the water hygienic for little swimmers.

Parents can introduce their children to the water with instructors or on their own during public swimming hours. The courses gently help children get used to being around other children and people, while building a positive relationship with water, motor development, safety and bonding between parents and children.

Children gradually learn basic swimming skills through play:

• Back and belly floating
• Blowing bubbles and jumping
• Diving, returning to the edge and climbing out, a basis for self-rescue

For the youngest, baby bathing (vaničkování) is offered for newborns from the healing of the belly button up to 6 months old. The approach focuses on belly discomfort, sleep, development, muscle strength and appetite, and it runs during the summer holidays.
