Germanic Workshop for Kids

What did the equipment of Germanic warriors look like? And how did they hunt or fight back then? We explore these questions through an exciting program all about the Germanic peoples.

After a guided tour of the special exhibition, children will paint their own Germanic shields. After the break, things get hands-on: arrows and bows are built and, of course, tested out. At the costume station, kids can also slip into authentic garments – perfect for photo moments!

The program is suitable for children aged 8 and up. Please remember weather protection and enough drinks.

Participation fee: €14 for the first child, €12 for each additional child per family.
