Häussler Christmas Market
Description
Once upon a time… Many great stories begin like that. And so did the story of the Häussler Christmas Market around 40 years ago.
Back then, no one probably guessed what a special tradition for baking enthusiasts from all over Germany would grow from it.
But alongside all the joy over what has developed over the years, Häussler has always held one belief: tradition does not mean standing still.
So what remains and what is new this year?
The demonstration stations will remain, where baking professionals show live the trends for Christmas baking in 2026.
The personalized advice, the beautiful decorations, the wonderful market with over 40 exhibitors, and the extended opening hours on Friday evening will all remain.
And of course, the warmth and the special encounters will remain as well.
New this year is the circular route through the baking village. For the first time, all rooms are connected, so you no longer need to go back and forth. This creates more space and makes the visit even more enjoyable. There will no longer be any bottlenecks, crowds, or pushing through.
Also new is the option to book a consultation appointment with one of our experts before the Christmas market via www.backdorf.de. The perfect chance to ask all your questions about our equipment in peace and quiet and even take your purchases home directly.
New is the “Customers bake for customers” station, where customers from all over Germany share their favorite recipes, their enthusiasm for Häussler equipment, and pass on their experiences. On equal footing.
New is the Häussler Children's Bakery open all four days from 12 pm to 4 pm. Here children get to become little bakers themselves and decorate their own Christmas cookies, creating memories for life. And they’ll even get a certificate.
New is the voucher station, for everyone who can’t decide on a gift and wants to leave the choice to their loved one.
