Musical New Year's Eve Greetings from the Bläserjugend

The New Year's Eve greetings, also known as New Year's Eve playing, is an old and beautiful tradition of the music bands. At the end of the year, on December 30th, the young musicians of the children's brass band and the youth band roam through the villages in the Hörner region, playing lovely melodies and wishing all residents and guests good luck, health, and a happy new year.

The young musicians will perform in the local districts and at Am Anger in Fischen at the following times (subject to change):

12:30 PM Au-Thalhofen at the ice rink

1:00 PM in Ofterschwang at the guest office

1:30 PM in Bolsterlang at the fire station

2:30 PM in Maderhalm at the village square

3:00 PM in Fischen at the Poststüble

Additionally, the Fischen music band will entertain you from 2:30 to 3:30 PM at the Poststüble in Fischen. At various stations, parents of the brass students will provide you with drinks and some sweet treats.

Locals and guests are warmly invited to greet the young musicians at the different locations and listen to their musical New Year's Eve greetings. The young musicians will be very happy about a small donation.
