Storytime at the Frohnau District Library

Every Friday, the Frohnau District Library hosts a storytime for children aged 3. When the weather is nice, these cozy readings also invite you to listen and marvel in the garden 📚🌿.

The program supports language development and reading skills through a variety of events such as book presentations, fairy tale days, and writing workshops. Additionally, children and staff from childcare facilities can get free library cards, which make it easier to access all the reading support offerings.

Digital storytime apps like Tigerbooks and Polylino complement the program and enable multilingual reading aloud. The library is especially proud of the Lesestart Initiative, where three-year-olds receive a gift with a picture book and reading tips.
