Watt For Everyone:

The walks in the coastal mudflats last about 1.5 hours and are designed to be child-friendly. Families with children of all ages are welcome to participate, but this walk is also suitable for adults, individuals, or seniors who want to explore the mudflats. We experience something special in this nature shaped by ebb and flow and discover which creatures live in and on the mudflats. The mudflats in Bensersiel are easy to walk on for both young and old.

Duration of the tour about 1 ½ hours. Dogs are not allowed on the mudflats!

Clothing: Rolling up your pants is enough. Outerwear should be weather-appropriate. Tennis socks are very suitable for footwear (special mudflat socks are not necessary). Adult guests may walk barefoot at their own risk. From October to April, we recommend rubber boots.
