Watt for Everyone:

The walks in the coastal mudflats last about 1.5 hours and are designed to be child-friendly. Families with children of all ages are welcome to join, but the walk is also suitable for adults, individuals, or seniors who want to explore the mudflats. We experience the unique nature shaped by the ebb and flow and discover which creatures live in and on the mudflat floor. The mudflats in Bensersiel are easy to walk for both young and old.

The tour lasts about 1 ½ hours. Dogs are not allowed in the mudflats!

Clothing: Rolled-up pants are sufficient. Outerwear should be weather-appropriate. Tennis socks work very well as footwear (special mudflat socks are not necessary). Adult guests may walk barefoot at their own risk. From October to April, we recommend rubber boots.
