Description

Inside the village community center, numerous vendors present a wide variety of goods. The offerings range from textile crafts, paper art, and macramé to books, honey products, and Christmas decorations made from wood, concrete, and glass. For the palate, there are homemade treats like jams, liqueurs, Christmas cookies, and gingerbread houses.

Outside, festively decorated wooden huts and pavilions create a cozy atmosphere. Guests can enjoy culinary delights such as grilled sausage, wild burgers, vegan dishes, soups, waffles, crepes, and cinnamon waffles. To drink, there’s mulled wine, children's punch, cocoa, and other warm beverages.

The Christmas market also offers a varied program for young and old. At the opening, children from the local daycare sing Christmas carols. A play by the Montessori school, a Kamishibai story with a craft activity, festive brass music, and a visit from St. Nicholas all bring pre-Christmas cheer.

The organizers and vendors warmly welcome all visitors and look forward to a sociable afternoon and evening in a festive atmosphere – hopefully with dry winter weather.
