Abenteuerspielplatz Pfarrgarten Reuth

Description
The first parsonage was probably built centuries ago along with the first church in Reuth. Since then, the large parsonage garden belonged to it, which used to serve as a source of food for the pastor thanks to its vegetable beds and fruit trees. Until about the 1970s, the parsonage barn was still located at the back of the garden, but it burned down. At times, sheep were kept in the parsonage garden. In the summer of 2006, the new pastor’s family began transforming the garden into a place for gatherings. Volunteers and even children from Reuth helped with this. At the 2006 harvest festival, the 'Garden of Generations' was inaugurated and the youth group started. In 2007, the wooden yurt was built, the first children’s camp was held, and the first Martin’s festival took place. With the construction of various attractions, the parsonage garden has now also earned the title 'Abenteuerspielplatz'.
