Description

AGRONEUM Alt Schwerin is a lively open-air museum that brings Mecklenburg's agricultural and rural history to life. In numerous exhibition buildings, you will find historical equipment and everyday items that make farming of the past tangible.

Especially exciting are the seasonal technology demonstrations from May to November, where old agricultural machines are shown in action with plenty of opportunities for you to interact.

There are varied programs designed specifically for families: engaging hands-on workshops and diverse holiday activities introduce children and parents to agricultural history in a playful way. Special activity days up to the winter break also offer great chances to explore agricultural heritage together.

The program is complemented by fascinating talks about traditional rural life, such as the theme “School 150 years ago”, which bring history to life.

An experience for the whole family! 🌾
