Bauspielplatz Westhagen

Bauspielplatz Westhagen is an open recreational facility with educational supervision that offers children aged 6 to 12 the chance to actively, playfully, and independently explore nature and the four primal elements: water, fire, earth, and air.

Whether building board huts, making fire yourself, or sailing boats in the play pond – things children rarely get to experience these days are possible at Bauspielplatz Westhagen.

There is also a toy rental with pedal cars, soccer balls, skateboards, and many other play and sports equipment. The activity building features a game room with a foosball table and board games, a pottery room, and a workshop for crafting and handiwork.

“Free space” at Bauspielplatz also means room for your own ideas and free play. PARTICIPATION is highly valued here!

In addition to the open area, there is a daily partnership with the Bunte Grundschule Westhagen, and the Children and Family Center am Ring is also a regular cooperation partner.
