Bewegungs-Meile

The Bewegungs-Meile in Attendorn offers opportunities for outdoor physical activity. Supported by the LEADER program as a project of the Hanseatic city of Attendorn, it broadens leisure options with thoughtfully placed equipment that encourages spontaneous use.

At seven stations, you'll find a variety of equipment, including a balance beam, a pedal course, trampolines, windriders, rotation trainers, and rowing machines. These installations help develop coordination, strength, and endurance. Some of the equipment is designed to be accessible, ensuring that people with disabilities can fully enjoy the facilities.
