Bio-Bauernhof Bertelemühle

At the Bio-Bauernhof Bertelemühle in Günzburg, visitors can experience the diversity of a sustainably managed farm. In addition to goats, Galloway cattle, pigs, and other animals, fresh organic products are available for purchase in the farm shop. Since 1999, Kathrin and Christian Schleier have been running the farm according to ecological principles, with their own wood chip heating system and electricity from a hydroelectric power plant. The focus is on dairy goat farming, with high-quality goat cheese made from the milk according to old traditions and without additives. The farm shop located in the former mill offers a unique atmosphere.

For school classes, clubs, and groups, exciting farm tours are offered by appointment. Discover the variety of our organic farm and learn more about goat milk production, goat milking, pig farming, and the special features of Galloway suckler cow breeding. Let yourself be enchanted by our fallow deer and its habits.
