Visit the Büchsenmacher & Jagdmuseum and discover the fascinating history of hunting as well as the craft of gunsmithing. Here you will gain deep insights into the world of wildlife and nature conservation.

The exhibition presents impressive historical weapons and trophies from native as well as exotic animals from significant collections. You will learn what a hunter needs to know, which game may be hunted, and what role hunting plays in nature conservation. You can also admire traditional hunter's attire.

A special highlight is the Ferlach gunsmithing craft, which has been recognized by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage since 2010. 🛠️

For interactive discoveries, a living workshop is available from July to August. This experience is ideal for everyone up to 15 years old.
