Description

At Campus Galli, you’ll experience a fascinating journey back to the Middle Ages: craftsmen and many dedicated helpers are building a monastery based on a famous plan from 1200 years ago – entirely without machines and using tools from that time.

That means: authentic medieval craftsmanship! From shaping wood with axes to forging nails, everything is done by hand. Right before your eyes, an impressive building is taking shape that brings history to life.

At the market, you can join seasonal activities, such as cooking pumpkin cream soup. Various professions, from animal care to carpentry, also demonstrate how rewarding it is to combine craftsmanship with community.

Equally impressive are the many hours spent on the wooden cross in the paradise garden, the barn, or the oak wood nails – true craftsmanship you can touch and feel.
