Description
In the first two-thirds of the 20th century, Möllenbeck was a popular summer destination, with the outdoor pool fed by the Möllenbecker Stream being a major attraction. Higher standards for hygiene and water temperature led to the pool's closure in the 1970s, giving it the same fate as the outdoor pools of Steinbergen, Deckbergen, and Bögerhof.
