At Filmový uzel Zlín, everything revolves around stop-motion animation, right where Hermína Týrlová and Karel Zeman made their films. 🎬

Young visitors can play to their heart's content in the Lojzíkova herna, a play area set up especially for children. At public weekend workshops, they can even make their own short animated film.

The building itself has a history: it dates from 1936 and was built by the shoe company Baťa to shoot advertising and training films. In between, the café tempts with homemade treats.
