Description
The Eggentaler Bach is especially popular with fly fishers. The fish population consists mainly of brown trout and marble trout, while the lower section of the stream also holds grayling, chub, and barbel. Dry-fly fishing is recommended. Particularly scenic spots can be found in the Eggentaler Schlucht, where there are repeated access points to the water along the main road.
