Description
Glücksgriff Boulderhalle offers you a varied climbing experience with constantly changing routes ranging from very easy to very challenging – so both young and old can really enjoy themselves. Bouldering here means climbing at jump height, secured by special crash pads, without ropes, prior knowledge, or fear. 🧗♂️
The children's area with lower bouldering walls and plenty of opportunities for playful gymnastics invites children and their companions to discover bouldering in a relaxed and undisturbed way. There is no supervision requirement in the children's area for kids under 8 years old; from 8 years up, supervision is required in the main area at a ratio of 2:1, and from 14 years old, young boulderers with a signed consent form can climb independently.
During summer vacation, special programs await children between 6 and 10 years old, with or without climbing experience: including colorful kids' bouldering meetups and group sessions that playfully teach basic techniques and challenges. For birthday parties, there are two hours of supervised play and bouldering with trainer oversight, rental shoes, and a reserved table in the bistro.
The tasteful café/bistro spoils you with specialty coffee as well as freshly baked pizza and flammkuchen from local suppliers – a cozy spot to catch your breath. The special full-carpet concept keeps the holds and air cleaner, so it’s recommended to bring flip-flops to avoid walking barefoot on the mats.
The philosophy of the bouldering gym focuses not on quickly completing many routes but on developing the ambition to solve boulder problems and appreciating the beauty of the movements – each route has its own idea and special place.
