Gölles – Manufaktur

The Gölles Manufaktur invites families to an exciting guided experience where you can discover the production of vinegar with a multilingual audio guide – including tastings that are equally enjoyable for both adults and kids 🍎.

As Austria’s largest vinegar barrel cellar, the manufactory impresses with around 1,500 oak barrels and offers a craft atmosphere that invites wonder. Particularly remarkable is the world first of apple balsamic vinegar, which Gölles invented back in 1984 – a delight steeped in history.

All products are made from the best whole fruits without additives, creating a natural and authentic taste that also provides a great introduction to fine cuisine for children. In addition, the manufactory is certified as an organic operation with Austria Bio Guarantee, combining enjoyment with sustainable quality.
