Description

The Gradiergrotte is a unique open-air inhalation facility that has been delighting visitors since June 1999.

Here, about a thousand liters of iodine water are passed over hawthorn bundles and finely sprayed every hour. This enriches the air with iodine salt and essential hawthorn oils, creating a soothing atmosphere.

This place supports you with respiratory illnesses and has a positive effect on chronic bronchitis, sinus infections, and asthma. For the best effect, it is recommended to visit the grotto regularly for 10 to 20 minutes daily.

With deep, long breaths, your lung function can improve, stress can be reduced – and you will feel more relaxed overall. A natural place for greater well-being! 🌿
