Description
HTC Praha Aréna offers comprehensive ice hockey training that lets you focus on skating technique and shooting accuracy. After an initial introductory session, a tailored training plan is created that is matched precisely to you.
- Skatemill: a hockey treadmill for skating training, with performance measurement, movement analysis and feedback.
- Shooting training with an electronic goal, radar, and measurement of shooting accuracy and reaction, including from the Skatemill.
- A synthetic ice surface with covering sheets and a shooting goal for practicing skating technique.
- A third of a classic ice rink for training in a confined space, with many training aids, pucks and four types of nets.
