Description
The illustrator, writer, and children's book author Horst Eckert spent several years of his youth in Bad Zwischenahn. The one-room house from the Bad Zwischenahn open-air museum inspired the home of Tiger and Bear in his best-known story "Oh, How Beautiful Panama Is."
This heartfelt story about love for home served as the main theme both in designing the site and in developing the play equipment.
