Das Kletterzentrum Österreichischer Gebirgsverein is Vienna’s first indoor climbing facility and has been a go-to place for children and families for over 30 years. With about 300 courses per year, there are plenty of opportunities to climb, play, and progress. 🧗

Mini courses (4–6 years) last 1 hour and use creative climbing games to develop motor skills, coordination, body tension, self-confidence, and team spirit. Kids courses (6–11 years) are divided into Beginner/Advanced/Expert and cover bouldering, technique, endurance, and tactics. Youth development: lower level (10–14) and upper level (14+). Family courses let parents and children learn together with a focus on play, trust, and toprope belaying. Para-climbing takes place in inclusive small groups with specialized instructors. For many courses entrance and rental equipment are included. 🤝
