Marmorschlössl Bad Ischl in the Kaiserpark is a historic architectural gem and a photogenic spot for families. The summer exhibition «Sommerfrische» by Jakob Lena Knebl runs from 1. Mai bis 31. Oktober 2026 and offers indoor exhibition rooms as well as additional spaces in the Kaiserlichen Stallungen. 🌿
Restored original details – including a reconstructed entrance door (2024) – show current conservation work; parts of the house are on two levels, and some areas in the north and south stables are accessible without barriers.
There are family-friendly tickets and free admission for school classes, kindergartens and certain youth groups. Children & young people aged 7–17 Jahren pay reduced rates; further discounts apply up to 26 years. Cultural mediation and workshops for groups and families are offered (e.g. 1.5 h for €8; workshops from €5).
