Since 1971, the Sailerhof has held a distilling license and produces spirits as pure natural products without added sugar. The fruit comes from local orchard meadows around the Tachinger-Waginger Lake.

Learn more about the distillery and the production process on a guided tour – available individually by appointment for groups of 8 or more – otherwise from June to August tours are held on Tuesdays only with prior registration.
