Description
At the Globe Museum in Palais Mollard in Vienna, everything revolves around globes, maps, and the question of how the world is put together. The programs are aimed at children aged 6 to 12, who go on their own voyage of discovery with globes and maps.
One highlight is Where Does Chocolate Come From? Children search world maps and globes for the origins of cacao, sugar, and vanilla. Along the way, they explore questions such as who first brought the cacao bean to Europe, and where vanilla actually grows.
