Přírodovědné muzeum Semenec

Přírodovědné muzeum Semenec combines nature collections with games, learning elements and adventure tasks for children, designed to keep the whole family busy for an afternoon. Spread across a four-hectare site, it holds many unique natural science collections to discover.

Visitors can explore nature up close in park-like grounds filled with domestic and exotic herb and tree species 🌳. Rock samples and fossils are on display too, reflecting the South Bohemian rocks of the geopark. Highlights include:

• An outdoor maze and treasure hunting
• A collection of medicinal herbs and a collection of pine species from around the world
• A paleontological exhibition tracing prehistoric nature from the Paleozoic to the Quaternary, with fossilized plants and animals

Between the adventures, a café set in the open air among the trees offers a relaxed spot for a break. ☕
