Reiten in Pfelders: Reitstall Steinerhof

At Reitstall Steinerhof in Pfelders, everything revolves around riding, and that starts at age 6. The farm has well-trained school horses as well as its own Haflinger horses, which are experienced and surefooted on mountain terrain 🐴.

Those who want to explore nature can join guided rides through the Texelgruppe Nature Park. These come in two- and three-hour versions, and trail guide Alberich leads the groups through the terrain. The rides are, however, intended for experienced riders.

There is plenty to discover off the saddle, too. The farm is home to two dogs, a cat, two ponies, 25 chickens and Graurinder cattle. Children can watch or help during the morning and evening feeding times and pitch in with everyday farm chores.
