The RothenburgMuseum presents with the exhibition “The Rothenburg Way” the unique romantic-medieval atmosphere of Rothenburg ob der Tauber and how the town has preserved its historical charm despite war damage.
A special experience is the tour “Purity ob der Tauber”, which brings closer the Jewish life and culture in medieval Rothenburg. Visitors explore authentic historic sites like the Mikveh (ritual bath) and the Judaica collection.
The Judaica collection displays religious and everyday objects that illustrate Jewish life at the time – an exciting insight and valuable contribution to cultural understanding.
The tour “Purity ob der Tauber” takes place every Saturday from April through December and makes Jewish medieval history accessible and vivid for everyone.
Especially for children, schools, and preschools, there are tailored educational programs and activities that teach various topics in a playful way.
