Description

Schlosspark Lützschena is a historic park located in the Leipzig district of Lützschena-Stahmeln. The park was created starting in 1822 by the Leipzig merchant and art dealer Maximilian Speck von Sternburg (1776–1856). Today it is part of the northern section of the Leipzig floodplain forest and lies within the Burgaue nature reserve. The park grounds are protected as a historic monument.
