Skiing together as a group is considered the most fun way to learn technique and experience the mountains. An inclusive shuttle service takes you comfortably to the slopes and meeting points. For lunch, you head to traditional mountain huts or local restaurants, and the instructors can reserve these for you, so you don't have to arrange food yourself.
