Spielplatz Am Bäckerwall

Spielplatz Am Bäckerwall offers swings, a play tower with a wobbly bridge and wave slide, a sandbox, a medieval-style climbing frame, a zipline, and various seating areas. For younger or older soccer players, there is a field with soccer goals.

On the opposite side of the playground and the nearby mini golf course, at Am Bäckerwall, there are two ponds that are remnants of the outer city moats before the Wallring. One of the ponds has a fountain, and benches are scattered around the pond’s edge so you can relax during a walk or after playing on the playground. Kids can watch ducks on the ponds and might even spot a fish or two. In autumn, children can enjoy gathering chestnuts at Am Bäckerwall.
