Tiergarten "zoo der minis"

While visitors at other zoos stand in awe before animal giants like elephants or giraffes, here it is the tiniest members of the animal kingdom that inspire wonder and amazement. The "Zoo der Minis" is the only zoo worldwide specializing in miniature and dwarf animals. More than 400 tiny creatures from over 70 species, including many very rare miniature forms from the wild as well as the smallest domestic breeds worldwide, roam freely across the zoo grounds. Almost the entire miniature animal alphabet is represented here, from "A" for American Mini Skunk to "F" for Fennec fox, "O" for Ouessant sheep, all the way to "Z" for the dwarf otter or dwarf ginster cat. And to make sure the little humans feel comfortable too, there is a playground and a petting zoo area.
