The Waldspielplatz Schwäbele Holz is the perfect outing spot for children and families. It is peacefully located in an enchanting forest area on the outskirts of Sonthofen. This adventurous playground is built from durable locust wood and is easily accessible with a stroller.
In the Alpine City year 2005, the playground was constructed by Sonthofen’s public works department in collaboration with the Allgäu company Cucumaz from Wiggensbach and the forestry office.

Sonthofen train station is about a 25-minute walk away.
With the MOBIL PASS ALLGÄU on the Allgäu-Walser Pass, travel by bus and train is free for holiday guests.

The nearest parking is the underground garage at Marktanger. From there it’s about a 15-minute walk.
