The WIENXTRA-Stadtbox is a location of WIENXTRA, the children's and youth program of the City of Vienna. Here, kids from age 3 and their families enjoy a varied program under one roof: from movies and theater to workshops and creative activities, plus games and movement.
The Stadtbox cinema screens Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, a fitting movie pick for the Halloween season, as well as Bibi Blocksberg. Those who prefer to get active can craft at the DIY Wichtelhaus, join the Werwolfrunden, or get moving with the sowieso! dance session. There are also children's theater performances at the library, spooky game afternoons, and much more.
WIENXTRA is Vienna's children's and youth agency, working with the City of Vienna. Several venues run under its name, each with its own programme for children, teenagers and families – from children's cinema and games afternoons to media workshops and advice.
