Wildpark Müden (Örtze)

Get up close to the animals – that’s what visitors experience at Wildpark Müden in the idyllic Örtze Valley. Open year-round, the park charms with its peaceful setting and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

The park is especially known for its large enclosures. Visitors can still get very close to the 30 species and around 200 animals. During the daily feedings, you can learn lots of interesting facts and get close to the animals, and the daily flight demonstrations by the falconry, from March through October, make the visit an exciting experience for the whole family.

What can you experience at Wildpark Müden?

Besides discovering the local biodiversity, we offer numerous programs and activities that make a day here varied and fun. During our daily flight shows and feeding demonstrations, our knowledgeable keepers share lots of fascinating information in an entertaining way.

Animal-themed courses and guided tours:

By special arrangement, you can book various group tours, celebrate your child’s birthday, or take a beginner falconry course. Being close to visitors is very important to us, and we place great value on having attentive keepers and friendly service.

Animal-themed program:

We offer close contact with animals in a family-friendly setting. During breaks, visitors can relax at the snack bar while their children play on the playground or jump pillows. In summer, holiday programs, grill evenings, and special events like Children’s Day or the Medieval Festival are added.

All in all, we offer research, education, and of course recreation and adventure with animals in large enclosures interspersed with streams and ponds.
