17th Otterndorfer Sternenmarkt

Otterndorfer Sternenmarkt

Experience a pre-Christmas atmosphere in a historic setting again on the 3rd Advent weekend, from December 12 to 14, 2025, at the 17th Otterndorfer Sternenmarkt on the church square. The historic old town will once again shine in festive lights and the scent of gingerbread and pine needles will fill the air. Children and adults can admire the festively decorated Sternenmarkt on Friday from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Many small Christmas market huts will offer a wide variety of goods. For the little ones, there is a carousel, and of course, Santa Claus will also visit the Otterndorfer Sternenmarkt.

For adults, alongside browsing the lovingly crafted Sternenmarkt huts, there will also be Christmas singing performances by local choirs and clubs. Culinary delights will also leave nothing to be desired.

Let yourself be enchanted by the magic of the Christmas season and visit a Christmas market that is truly special – the Otterndorfer Sternenmarkt!

Please note that the church square will be closed to traffic. Please follow the designated detours.
