Adventglow at Obermühle Bad Düben

Description
In the atmospheric setting of Obermühle Bad Düben, a diverse Advent program unfolds at the end of November: on Saturdays and Sundays, the demonstration workshops — including printing, spinning, bobbin lace making, basket weaving, and shoemaking workshops — open their doors and invite you to join in activities, watch demonstrations, and join discussion sessions. In the library, stories are read aloud hourly starting at 3 PM, accompanied by creative crafts for children. Guided tours of the watermill and rope-making workshop also take place every hour.
Musical highlights include group Christmas caroling with karaoke in the mill courtyard at 5:15 PM, and Advent music by the wind instrument players of Kurrende Bad Düben on Sunday at 4:00 PM. Culinary treats ensure your comfort with bread baked in a stone oven, regional drinks, cakes, small fried doughnuts, and a large grill stand. Additionally, Christmas gift items from local vendors enhance the experience.
The dates for the coming year are subject to change.
