Description
In 2026, Wadden Inspector Willi is again on the move with Hubert Heuler, Magdalena Möwe, and Katrin Krabbe, solving exciting cases in the mudflats. For example, Hein the hermit crab can’t find his new home, and the mystery of the salt in the sea is also revealed. Of course, the Wadden Inspector needs your help, the children!
As always, there’s plenty of music to join in and have fun with.
With his cabaret programs "Ende der Ausbaustrecke" and "Fe-Wo mit Deichblich," the cheerful native of Cologne had been touring the land of the Frisians for years and was just beginning to think about children’s theater.
One thing that kept catching his attention during his travels from islands to sluice and back: there were puppet theaters, clowns, magicians, but not a single children’s theater took on the many stories that the Wadden Sea offers in such great variety.
And so the basic idea for the "Wadden Police" was born. With many fun and exciting interactive stories and specially composed songs, the trained musician created four programs about the "Wadden Police."
Since then, Wadden Inspector Willi and his friends Hubert Heuler, Katrin Krabbe, and Magdalena Möwe have solved case after case. Whether it’s Hein the hermit crab who can’t find his new home ("1-2-3 Wadden Police") or Jack, the American razor clam who so much wants to go home to Florida ("Wadden Inspector Willi's World"), Wadden Inspector Willi is there for everyone – always with the help of the audience, the children. Together with the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park, a CD and a program were also created for the "Migratory Bird Days," which take place every fall in East Frisia. Here, Wadden Inspector Willi tells the story of Kilian Knutt, who after hatching in Siberia undertakes an adventurous journey to Africa and back with his parents ("Africa with Return Ticket").
