Christmas Market in the Old Town with Artisan Market

At the Christmas Market in the Old Town Bruchköbel, you will find a festive atmosphere with traditional Christmas charm, a lively nativity play, and beautifully decorated Christmas trees that create a wintry forest ambiance.

Inside the town hall, there is a large artisan market offering a wide variety of handmade unique items and winter decorations. More than 16 clubs and various vendors complement the selection with an international culinary assortment that has something for every taste.

Three booths run by charitable organizations sell handmade goods for a good cause – including the Rotary Club, church groups, and political parties. For children and families, there are many highlights like the Elf Lantern Parade with lanterns and Saint Nicholas, a children's carousel, and a storytelling corner with balloon figures and face painting.

The little ones can wake the Christ Child at the Jakobuskirchturm tower and send a glowing wishing star into the sky. Saint Nicholas, supported by the local marketing association, also gives out small gifts to children. The Fritz-Hofmann Foundation ensures that children from socially disadvantaged families receive Christmas packages through a wishing tree. An experience for children from ½ to 12 years old! 🎄
