The Evil Prince

DER BÖSE FÜRST is a highly contemporary fairy-tale opera for young people aged 8 and up. It tells of a power-hungry ruler and the consequences of cruelty and war – in the end, a small mosquito defeats the prince. 🎭🐝

World premiere with music by Wolfgang Mitterer, libretto by Gerhard Dienstbier and direction by Azelia Opak. Running time: 60 minutes – suitable for children and adolescents (age recommendation 8–13). 🎼⏱️
