Family Hike - Star Walk at Nettersheim

After nightfall, a "star guide" will lead us to the nearby star-viewing spot "Time Travel" at the Matron Temple. Far from artificial light sources, a particularly dark and sparkling natural spectacle unfolds for the eyes of stargazers and star lovers. Our guide, who is also a nature expert, will provide memorable explanations about the mysterious activity in the sky and on the ground. The tours also take place under a closed cloud cover. When no stars are visible, we listen to the sounds of the night and the stories of the star guides. This starts right from the path from the meeting point to the observation spot, as the darkness awakens all the senses – you hear rustling, smell scents, see glowing lights. Or in case of rain – an alternative program at the nature center. The hiking distance is 2 km, lasting about 2.5 hours Costs: €9-13, depending on group size, maximum group size 15 people (we may split into 2 groups if needed) Bring a packed lunch, warm and weatherproof clothing recommended
