Historisch-Romantischer Weihnachtsmarkt Festung Königstein

Considered one of the most beautiful Christmas markets not only in Saxony but in all of Germany, the market at Festung Königstein enchants visitors. The elaborately staged event high above the Elbe features traditional goods, old crafts, live folk music, puppet theater, and live animals in the nativity scene. Part of the market is held in underground sandstone vaults.
