Lippstadt Christmas Market

The Lippstadt Christmas Market transforms the town hall square and the area around the Marienkirche into a festively lit winter wonderland. Over a period of 27 days, about 40 lovingly decorated wooden huts offer a varied selection of handicrafts, gift ideas, and culinary specialties. A special highlight is the covered real ice skating rink, inviting you to skate both during the day and in the evening under a romantic canopy of lights. The historic old town with its half-timbered houses provides a picturesque backdrop. A musical program and the large Advent calendar on the town hall, whose windows are opened daily in a festive ceremony, complete the pre-Christmas experience.
