Lock Tour for Families

The tour is aimed at parents with children from preschool age of 4 years and up. The Kiel Canal and how the locks work are explained in an age-appropriate and playful way. After a walk around the lock facilities, a "canal with a lock" model will be assembled.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Duration: Approximately 75 to 90 minutes, depending on the group and local conditions.
