Meller Christmas Market

From November 27 to December 13, 2026, the Meller Rathausplatz and the square by Matthäuskirche transform into a charming Christmas village that captivates tens of thousands of visitors every year. It is surely the cozy atmosphere under the church towers of St. Matthäus and Petrikirche, as well as the historic town hall, that makes the Meller Christmas Market so unique. With a stylish setting made up of over 65 wooden stalls, large illuminated entrance arches, and festive tree lighting, the Meller Christmas Market is now among the best-known and largest in northwest Germany.

The Meller Christmas Market is open daily from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturdays from 11:00 AM, and Sundays from 1:00 PM.
