MS WEGA II - Helmsman License for Kids

A boat trip is always an exciting adventure, but on this journey, things get really thrilling. Why is starboard called starboard, how do you navigate with a compass, how do tides work and why do seals crawl, are there whales here, and why is the flatfish flat? You'll find answers and explanations to all these questions. Hands-on activities, knot tying, maritime puzzles, and earning a helmsman license are all part of the program, along with information about the Wadden Sea National Park. Duration: about 2 hours
