Description
Event series "My Time Out" for family caregivers
In recent weeks, several events were offered for family caregivers at MGH Hermeskeil.
Participants were able to learn ways to manage stress over coffee and cake, ask the attending professionals their questions and concerns, and above all, engage in conversations with each other.
In the challenging situation of caring for a close relative, participants can support and strengthen each other, discuss everyday situations, or simply enjoy some pleasant time together.
We would like to continue this opportunity to exchange.
Therefore, starting in June, the group of family caregivers will meet every first Monday at 1:30 pm at MGH Hermeskeil. (Martinusstr. 5a)
