Aktiv- und Vitalpark Winterberg

Aktiv- und Vitalpark Winterberg is located in the heart of Winterberg, surrounded by expansive green spaces. It features large meadows and walking paths. The area is filled with birdsong and a variety of insects. Below the Oversum, there is a large playground equipped with swings, slides, and seesaws. Additional attractions include a balance course, a zip line, and sand areas. The park also offers mini golf, billiard golf, outdoor chess sets, and a Mensch-ärgere-Dich-nicht board game. There are also intergenerational play devices and water features. Seating areas provide views of the surrounding nature. An orchard meadow and artworks placed as part of the “Ein Herz für Winterberg” campaign add character to the area. The park serves as a social meeting place. From May through September, the concert shell hosts almost weekly concerts featuring a variety of music styles during the summer music season. The park also offers activities during the winter months. The large open spaces make sledding and building snowmen possible. Dining options are available year-round.
